23 October 2025, Dubai, UAE: The Excellence in Oncology Care Conference (EIOC 2025) is set to convene leading oncologists, researchers, and healthcare professionals from around the world from 31 October to 2 November at the InterContinental Hotel, Dubai Festival City. Recognized as one of the Middle East’s most influential gatherings in the field of oncology, EIOC 2025 will serve as a vital platform for advancing knowledge, sharing groundbreaking research, and fostering global collaboration to improve cancer prevention, diagnosis, and treatment outcomes.
For more than 15 years, EIOC has played a transformative role in shaping the regional oncology landscape. This year’s edition will bring together 30 specialized organizations, over 200 international speakers, and 14 scientific sessions, offering attendees access to the latest evidence-based practices and innovations that are redefining oncology care worldwide.
EIOC 2025 will feature a multidimensional agenda addressing the most pressing challenges and breakthroughs in oncology. The conference will delve into a wide spectrum of topics, including breast cancer, where sessions will explore new frontiers in targeted therapies, early detection biomarkers, and precision medicine strategies that are improving survival rates and reducing recurrence risks. Discussions on lung cancer will highlight advances in immunotherapy, molecular profiling, and minimally invasive diagnostic techniques that are transforming patient management. In uro-oncology, experts will focus on evolving treatment paradigms for prostate, bladder, and kidney cancers, emphasizing the role of genomics and personalized medicine. The importance of oncology nutrition will also take center stage, as specialists examine how proper nutrition enhances treatment tolerance, improves patient outcomes, and mitigates therapy-related side effects. The conference will further highlight the pivotal contribution of oncology nurses in delivering patient-centered care, managing symptoms, and providing psychosocial support, while experts in palliative care will share best practices in holistic care, pain management, and end-of-life decision-making to ensure dignity and quality of life for patients and their families. Moreover, the APMEA Molecular Tumor Board (MTB) will serve as a global collaborative platform where multidisciplinary experts discuss complex cancer cases, leveraging genomic insights and molecular diagnostics to guide optimal treatment decisions. Through these comprehensive sessions, participants will gain in-depth insights into integrated oncology care, digital health innovations, AI-driven diagnostics, and the future of precision medicine fostering a profound understanding of how technology and research are converging to transform cancer treatment and improve patient outcomes.
Empowering the Oncology Community
Under the theme of Access, Collaborate, Educate, EIOC 2025 continues its legacy of connecting specialists in medical, surgical, and radiation oncology, alongside nursing professionals, researchers, and policymakers. The conference provides a collaborative environment to bridge knowledge gaps, align regional practices with global standards, and encourage multidisciplinary teamwork in the fight against cancer.
The EIOC 2025 Congress will feature two full days of scientific sessions, exhibitions, and networking opportunities on 31 October and 1 November, followed by the virtual APMEA Molecular Tumor Board Session on 2 November. The latter will unite international experts for real-time case discussions and exchange of insights on molecular oncology, driving innovation across borders.
