National Medical Care Company was established in 2003 as a Closed Joint Stock Company owned by GOSI and a group of shareholders. In 2013, the company became a publicly listed company registered in the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul). The company owns Care Medical Hospital AL Rawabi, formerly known as (Social Insurance Hospital), founded in 1990, Care Medical Hospital AlMalaz, founded in 1966, and Family Health Care Center, started its operations in 2017.
