Really I driven by the desire to understand the underlying causes of chronic diseases like diabetes, which are increasingly prevalent worldwide. The complexity of metabolic disorders and the growing need for personalized medicine in diabetes care provide a compelling challenge for physicians. Additionally, the rapid advancements in treatments and technologies for managing diabetes offer the opportunity to significantly improve patients’ lives.
How has your Diploma in Total Quality Management in Hospital Management influenced your approach to patient care and hospital operations?
TQM focuses on continuous improvement, patient satisfaction, and fostering a culture of quality across all levels of a healthcare organization. For someone with this background, it would likely have a significant impact on both patient care and hospital operations in several ways:
1. Patient-Centered Care: patient care is always at the forefront. Implementing systematic processes to gather feedback, address concerns, and refine practices helps create an environment where patients feel heard, valued, and treated with the utmost care.
