Prof. Albacker brings to Aster Sanad Hospital a wealth of experience spanning over two decades in the healthcare sector. His distinguished career encompasses significant roles in hospital administration, medical research, and academic leadership. Prior to joining Aster Sanad Hospital, Prof. Albacker served as the Dean of the College of Medicine at King Saud University, where he was instrumental in advancing medical education and research initiatives.
In his new role as CEO, Prof. Albacker will focus on further elevating the hospital’s standards of patient care, expanding specialized medical services, and fostering a culture of clinical excellence. His appointment comes at a pivotal time, following the hospital’s recent expansion to a 200-bed facility with the inauguration of the Grand Wing. This expansion includes eight specialized Centers of Excellence, such as Cardiology, Neuro & Spine Surgery, and Orthopedics & Sports Medicine, aimed at providing comprehensive healthcare services to the community.
